Kundalini Yoga for Beginners

Kundalini is an ancient yogic practice that combines breathwork, meditation, and yoga postures. Movements are often done on repeat and for longer lengths of time. It is accessible for all body types but can be challenging as you find your edge and overcome your mind. Be open to exploring something new and be rewarded with energetic shifts, improved mood, and a clearer mind.

Breathwork with Meagan

The breath, sound and energy are supportive to our soul’s experience on this earth. The breathwork journey is an active meditation, a way to help us see things in a different perspective, the breath supports us in making way for a non-judgmental space that holds love and compassion for ourselves. It is our honor to guide you on this transformative journey and be a part of your experience.

Soundbath Meditations with Dina

Bathe in the healing vibrations of crystal bowl melody while being gently guided through reflective meditation and deep rest. Check out of flight and flight mode by allowing your parasympathetic nervous system to lead and evolve. All you have to do is show up and be fully present and open to what may come. The music, the voice, the energy will enchant you from beginning to end.
